Hi, I sent a parcel from the UK to the USA on the 4th but 10 days later it still says ''processed through facillity, Langley hwdc, united kingdom'' but since then there has been no tracking updates. I have contacted the Royal Mail via twitter and they have told me the item left the UK on the 4th and is no longer their problem and to contact the USPS, when i contact the USPS they tell me it's not in their possession and isn't there problem either and i have to contact the Royal Mail instead.
I sent it international tracked and should have been delivered by now, Should this item just be considered lost or could it still be stuck in US customs and not been scanned in yet. it's only a Funko Pop but really wanted it to get there before christmas as it's a gift for someone.

Last tracking point was when Royal Mail put it on the plane*. As RM often don’t track it off the plane, the next tracking point you would expect is when it clears US customs. So it is probably held up in US customs, where there are known to be delays.

Probably either a backlog in US customs or a backlog of mail waiting for space on flights over to the US

We can't do as you request as we are not an official site. But looking at tracking I think its stuck in Customs, though you may need to contact an official site to get confirmation.
