I have posted my parcel(international signed) on 13th August. Since then the status shows :Item received at Northern Ireland MC.
No change in status. Tracking number is RU871729085GB. Could some one help me understand why the parcel is stuck at MC. How do I know the exact status. I have emailed Royal mail, but no updates yet.

What country is it going to and what's the contents? Sometimes the contents can cause problems with customs in the destination country. Also lithium batteries can sometimes cause problems

Re: Item received at Northern Ireland MC
It's probably not stuck at the MC but is somewhere between the delivery point and the Indian Customs. With it being an "International signed" there is no tracking until delivery is attempted, and that depends largely on whether the postal service scan those items.mailer123 wrote: ↑10 Sep 2021, 07:06I have posted my parcel(international signed) on 13th August.
