Does anyone know how long it takes for second class mail to reach the Inner Hebrides - in this case the Isle of Muck, which has a PH41 code?
I sent a parcel last Monday, 7th June and it reached Edinburgh Mail Centre on Wednesday 9th June, but since then there appears to be no further scans.
I know a Special Delivery can take up to three working days, according to the Royal Mail website - this parcel was sent Tracked 48 and it’s now about eight working days later. Is this normal?
Barcode is TQ062925006GB
Thanks in advance for any info.

Re: Delivery timescale to Isle of Muck, Inner Hebrides
I think your question is too specific to get an answer, unless a postie from that part of the world just happens to come on here. I suspect that each Hebridean Island is different. In the case of Muck, the ferry only runs 5 days a week, and that in itself will influence delivery times.
