Hello has any one had this problem before normally when I receive a parcel and it leaves the processing centre on a Saturday I receive it on Monday is there a back log or anyone experienced the same thing ?

Yes, I think many of us are experiencing problems with long times (in my case around 12 days before my parcel) moved again in tracking after arriving in the UK.
I am guessing that this is probably the large backlogs because of additional Brexit checks and increased international postage use owing to travel restrictions.
On a positive point, the item is being scanned and moving through the system so hopefully it won't be too much longer for you. As I say, I had a 12 day period with no tracking updates at all (and thought mine had been sent back to the US) ...
