Hello community,

Wondering if some of you would be able to advise me. I'm waiting for a parcel containing women's shoes from California > London. Parcel was sent by the USPS Priority Mail International Parcels service. All documents properly prepared including invoice + properly packaged etc but here has been no tracking activity for 8 days. Has anybody been in this situation before and what do you suggest I do?

Yes, that’s where I am with one of my packages.

Over the weekend I did some digging and found out some interesting and potentially relevant information.

Hi Fitzsy,

You are not alone. There have been some long delays on USPS shipping to the UK. I've just had an update today on an item that hadn't moved in tracking since the 12 May.

I know it's hard (and sometimes tracking makes this harder), but it you can give it at least 14 days, theres a good chance you'll start to see it moving through somewhere like Heathrow - the backlogs are big at the moment.

There's plenty of other posts here - many are experiencing the same.
