hello I have a problem with package 48. I do not live in the UK and I ordered it to my friend, but she did not receive anything and the shipping status looks like this:

“Sender despatching item” isn’t important. When something is sent from a Post Office, the PO is supposed to hit a button when Royal Mail have made the collection. This prompts the system to mark all the parcels as “despatched”. But a lot of POs do not do this reliably, so items get “despatched” at random times.

More important is that this was marked as delivered on Friday. Does your friend live in central Nottingham?
