HELP WITH TRACKING - ITEM LEAVING THE UK , LANGLEY HWDC

Post by jodiescott91 »

Hello, can anyone help me.

I sent a parcel off Monday 10 May, last update was 03:54am on 12 May to say my item is leaving the UK.

It is travelling to the South Korea, tracking ID RN707767051GB - the clerk in the post office didnt tell me to fill out the customs form which I have now realised I needed to do. Can someone please help me. There is no update since its departure on 10 May.

Thankyou

It left the UK on the 12th. 6 days in customs (5 if you count the day spent in the air) is not that long for many countries at the moment, though I realise South Korea is in normal times one of the most efficient postal services.

There isn't anything that can be done about the lack of a customs form.

You should complain to the Post Office (not Royal Mail) about the poor advice, although ultimately it is the sender's legal responsibility to ensure that the correct documentation is attached.
