Hello!
I am waiting for important document in Estonia (from UK). The letter is "Leaving the UK" from April 4th.
Tracking number is LG775327527GB
Royal Mail says: "This item hasn't been scanned in the destination country yet so we can only assume it's still with Customs". Does it mean that it is in Estonia?
Estonian post says that they did not receive the item in Estonia. They think it is on the road, and the journey can be very long.
Would you please give me any advice? Where can my letter be now and what can I do? Can I hope to receive the item sooner or later? :(
Thanks!

Your item is MOST likely still in Customs - it has to pass through customs before tracking in Estonia can be done.
Looking on this page https://www.omniva.ee/private/track_and_trace Omniva are reporting delays, there are also delays in UK customs and Estonia because of Covid so all I can suggest is to be patient and hopefully it will turn up. I would also think the recent Lock down you had in Estonia will add to the delays. https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app ... t-bulletin

Re: Two weeks in transit
Still there is no sign of movement... My letter is still "Leaving the UK" in Langley. If it is lost, there will be big problem for me :( What can I do now? I can ask R M to seek the letter, will R M really do anything (or they just state a fact of loss)? I do not want compensation, I just want my item. Is it possible that R M find it after my inquiry?

It's possible they can if it is in Royal Mails possession.
However, we are not an official site so you will have to go through official channels for them to even try.
