Are there any contact numbers
Are customs hopelessly slow
Package arrived on Emirates Flight 003 into Heathrow 1st October from Shanghai via Dubaii
but there all trace stops
should I really still be waiting on 13th oct for the package to appear ?
theres no possibility of a customs charge its value is only £3.68
so what can be holding up its arrival

They'll still check it. Also, there are other checks such as the legality of the item being imported, security concerns etc. They can't take your word, or the senders, they have to do so many checks on a % of items.despair wrote:theres no possibility of a customs charge its value is only £3.68
Customs backlog which seems to have been around 4 weeks for at least the last 18 months or so.despair wrote:so what can be holding up its arrival
