Registered international letter from Romania

Hi I'm waiting for a letter from Romania it arrived at Heathrow DC on Friday 7th at 21.25 and it's now wed 12th and still nothing us this normal,i thought once it arrived in uk it would be like first class post tracking number is RN879617519RO I get the tracking info as it goes thru Romania then arrived at Heathrow DC like I said it's only been 3 working days is this normal can anyone help me with some information, thanks James

As with so many things, it will be stuck in customs, judging from the tracking point. Yes, this is normal, or at least the new normal.

Good news it arrived today the 13th so that's 6 days after it arrived at Heathrow DC and 2 of those days was the weekend. Just glad it's arrived as it was can from my auntie

So the 2-4 weeks quoted was not realistic. Thank you royal mail. Still have a problem though my auntie send 2 packages one thru the tracking site said arrived at Heathrow DC on Friday 7th after the posta Romania site said on Thursday 6th it had left Bucharest but the second tracking number which also said shipped from Romania on the 6th hasn't said arrived at Heathrow DC at all. Would it be possible that it's not of been scanned by mistake, tracking number is RN879617505RO I want this item more than the first one as it contains personal photos.posta Romania said it will arrive 2mrw but I have my doubts. Any help would b appreciated, thank you James
