Help for an tracking ? 2 months and stuck info

Hello,
I have this situation for a first way.
I have one address in UK and other address in Bulgaria.
On 22.July I bought full pack led lights from Aliexpress : Led strip 15m. , AC for it, Remote control. In package not have Li-ion battery.
The trader send me package and give me Tracking number : RF306052485CN

! This is full info from 17track site : http://www.17track.net/en/track?nums=RF306052485CN" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Trader sign package with address in UK and after first address has typed and my second address in Bulgaria.
I wait long time for delivery and not arrive but last tracking info confused me because I don't see previously this info:

2016-09-02 00:00 BULGARIA, ON ITS WAY TOGLS BULGARIA
2016-09-02 01:43 HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC, ARRIVED (MDN) AT
2016-08-03 11:49 HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC, ARRIVED IN THE UK

10 days after this info in Bulgarian POST not have any info about this delivery?!

This is from Royal Mail :

Please give me advice about this situation, because I send mail to Royal mail official form and there not have any information about this situation, only to say to trader to ask China post, but trader not want to ask him! :( !?!?!

As it's in Bulgaria now there is nothing that Royal Mail can do and it's a bit difficult for us to advise you on what to do with the Bulgarian mail system.

However, this was the seller's mistake, so it is up to the seller to put this right. I would follow the refund process on the alibaba website and, if that doesn't work, contact your bank or credit card provider and see if you can get a refund. You need to do this soon or you might run out of time to claim.

I would always advise you to buy from an EU-based website and using a UK-based credit card if possible, because it is then easy to get a refund.

You mean this 2016-09-02 00:00 BULGARIA, ON ITS WAY TOGLS BULGARIA status say that goods travel to Bulgaria or It's in Bulgaria ?
I don't have translate on word TOGLS and that confuse me :)

TO GLS

Means its been sent on to GLS - they put the 2 words together.

Once GLS in bulgaria have it, it should start tracking again. It is probably on its way to Germany, thats the main European Hub for GLS.
