Please could Royal Mail supply the Response team with new rulers
I have had a layout rejected because the barcode was not set 10mm from the left edge;
Stupidly, I used a computer and set the guides in Illustrator to 10mm (accuracy of 1/10th of a mm)
I also added dimensions to the artwork stating it must be 10mm
What do I do now, set it incorrectly so the Royal Mail rulers will pass it?
Maybe if the rulers were used correctly for measuring rather scratching their asses they wouldn't be so worn
Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse
