Hi,
I currently have an item being sent from France, the tracking reference provided to me by the seller says the following (translated from the French Postal site so probably not entirely correct phrasing etc.)
Details of the routing:
Delivered against signature to the recipient
the 07/11/2014 Arrival destination country GREAT BRITAIN (UK)
the 07/11/2014 From France ROISSY INTERNATIONAL MAIL PIC (93)
the 03/11/2014 Supported in NANTERRE LA DEFENSE PPDC (92)
the 03/11/2014 Supported in PUTEAUX HOTEL CITY (92)
So apparently it has been delivered but that entry does not have any date next to it. But then in the another 'main' section of the tracking page it says the following:
10/11/2014 Redistributed Great Britain (GB)
Now I don't know whether 'Distribué' means delivered in French, I'm not sure. But apparently it has been 'destributed/delivered' on 10/11/2014, this past Monday. The shipping type says it is 'Lettre Recommandée Internationale' which means 'Letter International Recommended' but I don't know whether this only tracks until it gets into this country and then stops the tracking, which is why it is saying delivered, or if it tracks all the way to the destination, in which case I have no idea where it has been delivered to. The seller I purchased from, I have bought from multiple times in the past and have not had any problems so I can't imagine they got my address wrong.
But yeah, I'm just a bit confused at the moment as to whether my item has got lost in the post/delivered to the wrong address/or is still on it's way to mean and is only tracked until it enters the UK. The item was posted out on Monday 3rd November by the looks of things.
Any ideas?

Re: Item being sent from France
Hi,
No, it just says the following on the Royal Mail tracking page:
Status: That item number isn't recognised
The reference number might have been entered incorrectly, please check your tracking number and try re-entering
The first two letters of the tracking ref are 'RK', do they need to get changed in order for it to show up on the Royal Mail website? As the code I have is a 13-digit reference but I think the first two letters usually get changed upon entering the Royal Mail system from internation post don't they? Or I could be mistaken.
