Hi this is my first time ordering from the USA, using USPS, which Royal Mail has now taken over since it has arrived in the UK. However, using the Royal Mail tracking feature, i am somewhat confused as to what it means. It reads as follows: 'Your item, posted on 07/11/14 with reference XXXXXXXXXXX has been received at our international mail centre and is being made ready for despatch overseas.' As USPS would have delivered the parcel to the UK via airmail, why would it be being made ready for dispatch overseas?
I am really confused with this, so i would appreciate any help incase this is an issue thats needs to be addressed ASAP.
