I posted a parcel on 24/9/14 in Newcastle upon Tyne to go to Iran. I regularly post items to family every two weeks. I can track it much easier once it gets to Iran however. Since 25th, my parcel (a birthday gift) has been sitting in the international mail centre in Heathrow. I have called twice to express my concern to no avail. I was told don't call every day..and it might not have been scanned..rubbish however because Iran's postal tracking is better than the UK it seems. Then I was told..perhaps it's going to be sent back to you! Is there no communication between customer services and the international mail centre that they can't call to check why it hasn't been sent yet?! Then I kept being asked if the parcel contained perfume..because I said it was a gift. Sick of relaying the contents of it to people now. My parcel number is RU776096612GB truth is it costs more to post than what is inside...haribo sweets!!!
