Your lucky on logistics we have to work bank holidays for no pay. Do you think we voted for that?

on 40k I would - I was getting 15k for being on call 24/7/365

Correct no extra pay and I do them but its just annoying that you can't have a long weekend. You can't argue about the money as it is quite well paid

So you have to work the Bank Holidays and don't get any long weekends off ............. for 40k.

We had the courier flash thing in WTLL today. As expected, it highlights the good parts, which is basically the pay rises, and makes little mention of all we're expected to forfeit to get it. It was aimed at getting feedback for RM, which apart from 1 person, was totally negative. The 1 person was shocked it wasn't agreed, as it was 'a really good deal'. Tried to explain but it was like :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.
