For this to work on my current delivery I would have to lose around 150 calls from the current 750 I have.

If we are going to get a 70%+ call rate daily then I have absolutely no chance of competing the delivery.

Or work longer each day you work which seems the companies plan backed by the CWU, the earlier suggestion of decreasing duties by 20% seems to have been binned.

I've no idea what happens if most of the posties in a DO refuse to work longer hours each day.

theres no way this new way of working not coming in, all this vote nonsense dont count for s**t, royal mail will plough through as usual, they aint messing about, they wouldnt do all these trials and not put it through, as for double mail , treble mail all the time, our backs will be broke, injuries galore, no one will be able to sustain this long term, its a cull of posties

The jobs to manage the plan have been advertised. There is no going back. However that doesn't mean the CWU can be allowed to just go along with it. Tell your reps your not having it.

Our reps have absolutely no idea what's going on. The '7 options' is a mystery.
