Many of us done well over full time hours for years, yet get pro rata payments and less delivery supplement/pension etc. Like they don't seem to care about us. Many full timers won't go a minute over for royal mail either. I don't blame them, but many part timers work their balls off and never get made up.

Royal mail keep you part time so you have to work extra to make ends meet.

Had part time workers refused to do that many more of them would have had their hours increased.

you do know that pt to ft is based on seniority?
a pt with 10yrs service who works 0hrs overtime will get offered it before a pt with 9yrs service who does 20hrs
