Indoor Method Change: Royal Mail want trials on reducing the levels of indoor prep but even before those trials take place, they want the CWU to sign up to circa 20-25 minutes of indoor time being removed from every delivery duty on a daily basis. How can you sign up to the outcome of a trial before it has even taken place?

No mention of annualised hours in the latest CWU update,or commit to deliver…

“If they’re bills I don’t want ‘em!”

“What’s she been ordering now?”

There's no way they are making an agreement tomorrow.....

that list is endless.

What have Royal Mail and the CWU been doing for the past month..... smoking cigars and drinking whiskey together?
That was my first thought? What the f@#k have they been doing for the last month? One word a day and the much “respected” Brendan barber! Lot of use he’s been then :hmmmm

It's hard to believe they've given up on that looking at the rest of the list, there's also no mention of the allowances, I guess the CWU had to draw the line somewhere!

Pessimistically I imagine that the CWU will announce strikes, and mention the suspended reps in the strike announcement. Then RM will have it legally challenged as the ballot wasn't for that
The ballot DID include the issue over suspended reps & members

25 minutes of prep removed, give fooki g strength RM
So...... you're out 25 min later. Bring 25 mins back .simple
No. 25 minutes prep removed you are out 25 minutes earlier. 25 minutes more on delivery
Why? Who's gonna do the prep? Think you're going to find by removing 25 min prep they mean starting 25 min later. Maybe I'm wrong. Who knows because nobody is actually telling us anything concrete.
Even if you start 25 mins later, you will still have to work the same number of hours, you’ll still be leaving the office at the same time, but that 25 mins will be added to your outdoor time.

Who’s going to do the prep? Good question, and one my managers have yet to work out the answer to

If no back pay or a lump sum then we should do an indefinite strike and get this nightmare over once and for all
