It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The modern digit resembles an inverted 6. To disambiguate the two on objects and documents that can be inverted, they are often underlined.

What's the measure for hitting the list now?
is it still the 30% of DPs failing over three consecutive days?
Or do you have to be deeper in the brown stuff now?

Asking from an office not on the list but has been failing at least 50% all week

A quick visual inspection of the office and some mental arithmetic: I reckon we're failing 20-25% of DPs daily
I had a spare moment on an unspecified day this week to walk down each aisle to take some notes about what was left in the frames. These were quick notes so not on par with the rigorously accurate figures management beam back to the mothership.

I've skipped over all my working (so don't mark me down), but after much abuse of averages the number of failed DPs was... *drumroll*... 20%. So I reckon a fifth of the office has failed consistently for months and consequently we continue to fly under the 30% radar. All is well!

Our office records more and more failures as ‘work plan failures’ so they don’t have to record them properly as delivery failures….

They are determined not to address the issue of the failed revision and are now saying we should be making further cuts to meet their pathway to change savings targets.

What is a “work plan failure” ?
