I refuse to believe that. Even according to their asterisk-laden definition. It simply does not resemble reality.

We will regularly update customers on the offices most impacted here - no offices listed today.

Units that report three consecutive days of 30% of DPs failing USO gets you on the list and public RM service disruption website. Then you need three consecutive days below 30% to get off the list (well below and back to stable USO).

Perhaps Warrington Superhub should feature today! 😂

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Not 'offices impacted', instead 'offices most impacted'. The wording implies it's not an exhaustive list, so who knows how many lesser impacted offices are failing.

The revision at my old office has left it with 60 duties and every day this week and next there are 14 with no one on them. Well below the 30% threshold to make the list, so as long as all the other duties achieve around 75% of their deliveries the office will never make it on to the list!! Three newbies were supposed to have started a fortnight ago, one never turned up and another left after one week. Two more long time posties are leaving this month.

I have scrolled back over 3mths and my office doesn't appear once. Yet just this week we have been told we are in the top 10 worst areas, complaints all over social media, articles in the local newspaper, customers complaining to their MP, head office and local collections office because many haven't had post in 3weeks, missed hospital appointments, others still waiting for fathers day cards. Many are now taking to turning up and collecting their mail in person, if it's in the frame of course. We have temps/agency all over the place and drafted in managers everywhere. Yet still not on the list!!

A quick visual inspection of the office and some mental arithmetic: I reckon we're failing 20-25% of DPs daily and this is supposed to be the quietest time of the year. To think 15 years ago when they introduced Summer Lapsing that there could ever be this much stuff lying in frames in July. :no no

Three is the number of dimensions that humans can perceive. Humans perceive the universe to have three spatial dimensions, but some theories, such as string theory, suggest there are more.

Hopefully Sandhurst will send a few posties down the road to help Camberley, so that Sandhurst can reclaim their place on the list.

Perhaps Sandhurst got help from Camberley, yeah would be nice to see them reclaim their spot especially as they held it for so long.

As above, so below. Within the office duty failures rotate and within the area office failures rotate.

Just wondering if maybe Camberley DO has had Sandhurst DO added as lapsing.
