From turkey I don't think they are tracked through the system. There is a chance it may be delivered without a signature and with no reports. Check with the receiver to see it they have received it.

On http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; the entry where it says that it's at HWDC, what date is that entry? It's not unheard of for items to take a month to move from HWDC. Our best guess in them cases is that the items are stuck in customs for whatever reason

Registered mail from Turkey, and most countries except 12, is not treated as registered once it has arrived in UK. It should be treated as recorded, ie ordinary mail but signed for on delivery. It could also be held up for Customs check.

If you read all the other threads about HWDC, you'll see that it's not unusual for an item to be sat there for many weeks. Your only option is to wait and keep checking the tracking page to see if it changes and might even be scanned as delivered... eventually. If it hasn't arrived within the timescale it should have as set by your postal operator, then you need to put in a claim for a lost item and let them sort it out with Royal Mail. There's really no hope of anyone being able to find your item at HWDC, if it's still there at all, given the humungous amount of items that pass through there on a daily basis.

You'll need to ask who you paid for the service, you didn't pay Royal Mail. The main thing is patience. It only arrived at HWDC 5 days ago, not all of those were working days, and as I said previously, it can be weeks before it leaves there. You might be lucky, it might have already left and just not been scanned. It might leave tomorrow and will be scanned. If it's not arrived within the time scale you were told when you purchased the postal product then you need to put in a claim with your postal provider and let them take it up with RM. There's not much else we can advise you at this point- wait and see or put in a claim.

Some countries do not treat registered mail from other countries as registered mail. The same applies to mail from UK.
If you take an item to a Post Office in the UK, the counter clerk would tell you if the item would be treated as registered mail in the receiving country. The Turkish post office should have advised you.

I am also a seller from Portugal. We shipped 9 registered packages in 2013 and everything arrived Langley Hwdc in less than 3 days.

They've haven't been updated since they arrived, for more than 1 month, which means they are classified as Lost.

How is it possible to lose 9 out of 9 packages?

They are all most likely stuck in customs, until they are released by customs there isn't anything that RM will be able to do

In some cases the HWDC track will be the last track an item receives. This is because that once processed most items are put into the 'ordinary' stream and treated as 'Recorded Signed For' items - and they are either just delivered or not scanned correctly upon delivery. This does not mean they are lost though.

I have contacted the postal service, and the custom service in my country, the package is not there, didn't enter Macedonia. In the IPS tracking i get this message:

Local Date and Time Country Location Event Type Extra Information
12/8/2012 5:30:00 AM UNITED KINGDOM LANGLEY HWDC Send item abroad (EDI-received)

On the official web site on royalmail.com i get:

08/12/12 AM DESPATCHED TOSKOPJE MACEDONIA MACEDONIA (FYROM)
04/12/12 18:38 DESPATCHABLE TOHWDC SIGNED FOR ROAD 2 WARRINGTON MAIL CENTRE
04/12/12 18:13 COLLECTED WARRINGTON MAIL CENTRE

Your item, posted on 04/12/12 with reference RJxxxxxxxGB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in MACEDONIA (FYROM). Also above this letters with gray color it says Your item has reached the destination country.

I have been contacted by the postal service here and they've told me that the package is still in UK, I really dont know what to do...
