I sympathise - you would not believe the amount of posties in our office who slag off "Signed For" as being useless as the item isn't tracked throughout or guaranteed for a certain time. They really don't understand the what the service is used for.harry84 wrote:Tracking was not essential but proof of delivery (dated) was. This is a good product but there seems to be some room for improvement in Quality of Service.
