Supervisory allowance is just that, there is a number of staff you need to supervise and I think it is a minimum of 5 but I may be wrong - you certainly shouldn't get it for being on your own. Total is over 100 hrs of cover, obviously at the Allowance Rate per hour. Wud be nice to get this before Xmas. Last claim, took 2 weeks...this one 6 weeks and still waiting.
