Total is over 100 hrs of cover, obviously at the Allowance Rate per hour. Wud be nice to get this before Xmas. Last claim, took 2 weeks...this one 6 weeks and still waiting.
Supervisory allowance is just that, there is a number of staff you need to supervise and I think it is a minimum of 5 but I may be wrong - you certainly shouldn't get it for being on your own. If you think about it each postman works on his own......................
