I think the last real points exchanged were that you think most operators are damaging mech kit on purpose,and i think you care more about a piece of metal and circuitry than you do the people doing the job?

I'm sure you do really, but I'll go through it again if I really have to. You recently made the comment which went something like "operators can do anything an engineer can do" and when I replied, you made the "hook, line and sinker" comment. Fair enough, and now I've returned the banter. No need for all the amateur dramatics about not understanding and "I don't know what you're on about".

Why should I care about operators? I'm not paid to, HR are (supposedly), although the WCM concept is that operators should care about "metal and circuitry" but they clearly don't, (in many cases) and this is where we all came in...
