Even worse is Hubble's implication that those same simian work-mates have no free will, and are merely reacting to thier environment.
Things are clearly even worse than I thought....

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Yeah,i know the score, and i like a laugh and a bit of banter, but (and this is honest!),i dont know what you are on about at the moment?
I think the last real points exchanged were that you think most operators are damaging mech kit on purpose, and i think you care more about a piece of metal and circuitry than you do the people doing the job?
Please advise me if this is right or wrong?
ps Dont ban him PM,it may well be the only social interaction he gets these days mate......

Seems to me you lock on to people,do you save all those quotes in a special folder or summin.Tman wrote:Yeah yeah yeah..."Sauce for the goose..." eh Postie? If the "summin" means having memory which can retain jokes and threads, then yes. Don't you?Seems to me you lock on to people,do you save all those quotes in a special folder or summin.
I'm sure you do really, but I'll go through it again if I really have to. You recently made the comment which went something like "operators can do anything an engineer can do" and when I replied, you made the "hook, line and sinker" comment. Fair enough, and now I've returned the banter. No need for all the amateur dramatics about not understanding and "I don't know what you're on about"."hubbahubba"]Yeah,i know the score, and i like a laugh and a bit of banter, but (and this is honest!),i dont know what you are on about at the moment?![]()
{Unless your understanding or memory really is that poor?
Enough of them are like that to keep me in a job for the forseeable future...I think the last real points exchanged were that you think most operators are damaging mech kit on purpose, and i think you care more about a piece of metal and circuitry than you do the people doing the job?
Why should I care about operators? I'm not paid to, HR are (supposedly), although the WCM concept is that operators should care about "metal and circuitry" but they clearly don't, (in many cases) and this is where we all came in...
Personally I'd be more worried if I was a (presumably) youngish female spending all this time on a work-related site on a weekend....ps Dont ban him PM,it may well be the only social interaction he gets these days mate......
