Expect yearly revisions or bi-yearly revisions in the future
I've been hearing that for years. Judging by the ones I've worked through over the years, it would be a permanent rolling disaster with one screw-up running into the next. Whatever stood to be gained would be lost in the chaos. These boardroom fantasies are what you get when you let people with absolutely no experience tell you how to do your job. What's a good metaphor... asking a five year old to plan a funeral?
They'd be a lot more fun :chuckle

People are sick of being lied to. They have scrapped the trial model only to be hinted by my own rep a new planned one literally is no better. (He wasn't allowed to tell me anything else other than that).

VR's simply won't happen because most offices are already many staff down.
Talk of every other Saturday off I can't see happening as managers will change rotas around to suit them.

Expect yearly revisions or bi-yearly revisions in the future due to mail decline and posties will never see a benefit. The company will want their pound of flesh from us.

Expect a pay vote of Yes. That is when the fun for them will start.

We are simply brainwashed into thinking things will be fine for us when they're not.
Just do your time at a manageable pace for you
