You can’t of worked there for 20 years or had much experience of working with people with hidden disabilities if your previous statement was correct as you said in your experience they don’t last long in delivery

I've known many people with some form of autism come and go at my DO. None of them lasted. It's incompatible with working a job at Royal Mail, likewise I would think many other "hidden disabilities" would have have the exact same outcome. Apparently your specific job at your specific DO is great though.
You don't work in a pilot office by any chance?

OK you are obviously completely ignorant. Autism is Autism, we are either higher support or lower support needs but all of us need support. Go and do some education courses.

I am Autistic, ADHD and CPTSD. I did 29 years in the military including Afghanistan. Now try telling me to my face that Autism is incompatible with Royal Mail. I left Royal Mail because I am incompatible to sexual harrassment and bullying. I got enough of that in the military protecting your right to exist.
