You can’t of worked there for 20 years or had much experience of working with people with hidden disabilities if your previous statement was correct as you said in your experience they don’t last long in deliveryLondonsburning wrote: ↑22 Apr 2025, 19:37Yeah, I have 4 and have worked with people with them for more than 20 years.Jen1 wrote: ↑22 Apr 2025, 19:34Londonsburning wrote: ↑22 Apr 2025, 19:27It's literally called a turn of phrase. if you really want to be the bigger/better person, then stick up for OP. OK you are obviously completely ignorant. Autism is Autism, we are either higher support or lower support needs but all of us need support. Go and do some education courses.Londonsburning wrote: ↑22 Apr 2025, 18:52I've known many people with some form of autism come and go at my DO. None of them lasted. It's incompatible with working a job at Royal Mail, likewise I would think many other "hidden disabilities" would have have the exact same outcome. Apparently your specific job at your specific DO is great though.
You don't work in a pilot office by any chance?![]()
I am Autistic, ADHD and CPTSD. I did 29 years in the military including Afghanistan. Now try telling me to my face that Autism is incompatible with Royal Mail. I left Royal Mail because I am incompatible to sexual harrassment and bullying. I got enough of that in the military protecting your right to exist.

So now you want to try telling me I'm neither Autistic or a Veteran.........I was an actual warrior so I know I don't have to put up with people like you. Especially when you keep telling people you work with Autistic people and that we're useless. You are the past....The future is coming for you.Londonsburning wrote: ↑27 Apr 2025, 17:50Okay dokey keyboard warrior. If that is supposed to be some veiled threat then you should probably quit while you are ahead tbh.
What regiment did you serve with?

Not acceptable = this is a discussion forum, do not threaten people for disagreeing with you. Last Warning, if you keep this up I will look at banning you or restricting your posting rights.Londonsburning wrote: ↑27 Apr 2025, 17:50

You made the threat in the first place. I don't think RMC is the right place for you, you don't seem able to follow the rules or discuss things in a mature way.Londonsburning wrote: ↑27 Apr 2025, 17:57If that is supposed to be some veiled threat then you should probably quit while you are ahead tbh.
