30 minutes flex balanced out over 10days? How does that work when we get paid weekly. Also it 30 mins if workload requires it, which at tho moment is every day (at least 30 minutes)
Their new proposal is that the 3 x 20 minutes you finished early will cancel out the 2 x 30 minutes you went over - SO NO OVERTIME!! under those circumstances.
1 hour of overtime on a 37.5 hour week is 2.66% of your weekly pay packet.
They give us a 2% pay rise with the one hand and take back 2+ % with the other hand.
