I haven't had any update since 12 November.. :( Royal Mail can't help and recommending to contact the sender who is my Mom and there is nothing wrong on that side! I am vey very sad especially after reading your comment that your parcel may have been lost?! How they could have lost it? What kind of service is this?? I just can't believe this!Scottish95 wrote:Anyone with any news? My tracking still hasn't moved since arriving in Langley on the 12th, seller has now opened a dispute with Correos (Spain) in the hope it speeds it along, but been told informally over the phone that parcel is probably lost which is frustrating considering value was £200+

Nothing. Customs are a law enforcement agency, they don't take visitors. I am not sure what this would achieve even if you could get in there?pimpurilla wrote:... wish I could go to Langley and get it in person. What could happen if I would turn up there?
What this means is that an international letter is considered lost if it isn't delivered 5 weeks after sending. That's all. Which means that your mother can submit a lost letter form if it doesn't arrive with you by this weekend.pimpurilla wrote:Royal Mail said my letter may not be considered lost yet.. ohh really? Who could tell??

Thanks! I understand they don't face with customers.. I'm just desperate
I've lost all my faith in posting mails to and from the UK. Even the letter I posted has not moved since I posted it nearly 2 weeks ago...
What can we achieve if my mother will submit a lost letter form, please?

1. Your mother should be refunded the cost of sending (might vary slightly between countries and the exact service used).
2. And if your mother gets a refund, then it hits someone else in the pocket. Meaning that the problem is more likely to get solved.
