I dare say the rest of the workforce are busy lapsing and getting on with work etc,and don't want to be a part of the culture of fear within Royal Mail,I don't think i will be contacting them,call me funny!?!

Ha!! How to make something very simple i.e.,Mail comes in,Mail goes out and gets delivered,please don't big it up to make if anything more than it is,rocket science it ain't,

Happened at our office. We had around 8 IPS frames, and they halved this when they changed the layout of the office as other sections got brought in. Now if we get heavier than expected mail volumes the managers call everybody and anybody up to walk-sort - but where do you walk-sort when there is no IPS frame to walk-sort into??
