exactly ... then you have postmen who think they are managers interfering in other posties duties running back to the manager telling stories trying to get their fellow posties the sack
To be fair, our rep does exactly the same. So desperate to run into the office and grass, they forget to check whether a particular person is in early by arrangement or are on their frame early because they have been asked to double prep that day. Grasses on posties for putting in extra D2D when they themselves do it all the time. Utter embarrassment of a rep.

before it's said again, no one wants the rep job . . . . . Most of us on here are not too impressed by management. Is the solution to that to put in for that job as well?

Ziggy feed your corrupt rep some false information to pass on to the DO guvnor and keep doing it until the rep is exposed and made to look like the idiot they are.
How much worse can it get? A LOT F****** WORSE !!!

Ahhhhhhh sounds all so familiar. Our rep "socialises" with the DOM on their days off together.
