To be fair, our rep does exactly the same. So desperate to run into the office and grass, they forget to check whether a particular person is in early by arrangement or are on their frame early because they have been asked to double prep that day. Grasses on posties for putting in extra D2D when they themselves do it all the time. Utter embarrassment of a rep.Godric wrote:exactly ... then you have postmen who think they are managers interfering in other posties duties running back to the manager telling stories trying to get their fellow posties the sackJudgee wrote:To be fair. Just how much influence/options do local reps have these days? The higher union reps, area and upwards pretty much have bent over for management and those lower down have very limited options indeed. Sadly I feel the unions days are numbered now. We haven't had anyone with enough balls to make a stand at the top for a long time.
before it's said again, no one wants the rep job . . . . . Most of us on here are not too impressed by management. Is the solution to that to put in for that job as well?
