My parcel arrived Heathrow London 15th March.
Today I rang United States Parcel Service, I was told that my parcel had indeed arrived at a transfer airport Heathrow on the 15th March but does not appear to have cleared customs. USPS could give no further information, except to say that there may be something wrong with the label, or that it may have been returned to the US......
I have been searching for a phone number for Heathrow International Customs for Parcels to no avail...

There may be nothing wrong with the parcel in the slightest but unfortunately it may experience delays of upto 6 weeks at moment before clearing customs and being delivered and don't expect a tracking update during that unfortunately
