Basically your duties would have to be changed beyond recognition from they were originally singed for creating a significant impact and also meet the criteria in the percentage of duties changed within your unit.

Well that was my original point, our walks are exactly the same, 1 from 50 duties has had changes that weren't minor changes in start/finish times. Is that major change?

i think it's in the pay and major change agreement 2005, specifically the bit about business driven change which collections on delivery is.

Your walks may be exactly the same but is the content of the duty from start time to finish time been altered and if this is the case then this constitutes major change or business driven change. If this has a significant impact on 1/3rd of the total duties within the unit then this is a justifiable reason for requesting a resign.
