Cross through the address, put 'not known at this address' on the envelope and put in a post box.

Or just chuck it in the bin.

Probably it sounds like a Hamlet -
the village shares the same postcode for all twenty houses and hotel.

every council has a name and numbering department, they are responsible for the names and numbers of every address, they will decide what is or isnt acceptable

The licensing department of your local council. They should've told the person who has named the property that it cannot be called that due to there already being a property of that name in the same postcode area.
