It's not a massive leap of faith to see that as bonuses being withheld until targets are met.
I keep seeing this allusion to targets BUT I don't believe I have actually seen any evidence of what those targets are.........I'm sure ft will have a copy of the confirmation from someone or other that the revisions will not be led by savings etc but be evaluated on fair and achievable workloads.. .........of course that was pre Moya....there is now a target regime....................maybe someone could publish them so that we would know exactly how far short we are falling and where.................I mean personally I am crap but the strange thing is they pay me the same as good people :cuppa

:Very Happy

From what I gather from that rag of doom, Courier, cheesey M*** mounty humper and the staus quo,the way it was written suggests we won't get our
money because saving,s desirable by RM will never be made!
Cynical as ever but probably right. :cuppa

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

What ever is said in the courier is not clear.
Just tell us the date in which we are going to get any payments, are they local, national.
Not all delivery offices are using sequenced mail yet.

At first we, at NWMC, were informed it would be based on the just our mail centre and that we should manage to reach the standards set out. However early last week we received news that we are not quite up to scratch so we will be pushing ahead to try and meet the targets, this news was also accompanied by the brief which explained what, why and how it will be sorted.

Then on the Friday going into Saturday night shift the staff were informed we will no longer be getting the money because targets have not been met and that it was revised to be area based so all grouped mail centres would need to reach those targets. We were also informed Stoke will be receiving their bonus...

Nothing else has since been said which has left staff confused. Most of us expected the union to come down on the following shifts but once again our local union reps simply sit in their office doing nothing on a daily basis.
