How about the removal of the "Everybody up to top 10%" performance standard

Talk about giving DOMS more leverage to victimise and B&H staff.

Of course there should, demon.
But that would require the gangsters running this farce of a company, and their Lapdog counterparts in the CWU, having a little humanity.

Woofwoof,

You can access the RM intranet by logging on to a pc at work and putting in your pay number when instructed. Phone up HR and ask them how you can get access.

Results of successful grievances/disputes could be displayed without using names. We need an agreement of where the line is between confidentiality and secrecy.

The problem with local agreement is that if your rep decides to make deals without involving the staff, there is nothing you can do about it until afterwards. To save time being wasted on taking out grievances to overturn unfair agreements, it would be better if there was a way that all staff could be informed of proposals and given a chance to feedback to the rep before a deal is done. At the very least, the branch should set up an internet notice board.

We need to get rid of this culture of secrecy.

on door to doors there should be a "100 % set issue for geo route" not down to local crap, as every rep knows what this means - the small offices will get murdered

1, remove the re-opener clause from the final pay rise.

2, 75/25 locally not nationally

3, leave the ESA alone

4, forget about the top 10%. if this goes through im seriously worried about some of my older work mates. some are already having serious health probs as it is.

Id probably bite the bullet with longer sats, extra d2d 52 weeks a year and removal of delivery span cap if those 4 points were amended
