thats my view.i dont do anything work related without pay...
but i also dont expect to be payed for not working unless its a term and condition of employment :dance :funneh

And what about the people, who without treatment. Would become too ill to go to work, and end up on Sick Leave?
It's a false economy for RM to penalise people for having no choice, but to go to appointments during work time. :hmmmm

Like everything else that goes on in RM, there is no consistency. Been a couple of years since I needed a hospital appointment but prior to that I seemed to be going 4-5 times a year. And when you are going to see consultants you don't have a choice when to go. They all seem to be in the mornings and one of mine is even on a Saturday Morning. However I have always been given paid time off for them. It has gone down on my absence record but does not count against sick leave. Maybe it's changed or possibly I had a good DOM but thats how it's worked for me.
