Anyone had a PDA coaching comment?

I never even look at any of that shite on my PDA. It's for scanning parcels and boxes and the van check, that's it.

It's clearly not though, if a manager is putting coaching notes on your PDA records then you can't simply ignore them without running the risk of him/her taking further action.

Course you can! What they gonna do, conduct you for not reading messages on your PDA?

No, but nothing to stop them eventually conducting you if you are continually misdelivery parcels or failing to scan in/scan out etc but ignore the warnings appearing on your PDA.
