Everyone since about 20 years ago. I left the union not long after joining but still got the ballot papers in the post for some reason. I didn’t get one 11 months ago but did get one when they said “win the ballot win the dispute” for some reason.

No there are lots of unhappy posties right now. I don’t let work stress me out. For me personally I’m happy to work anytime between 5am and 6pm.
I’m not happy with the sick leave changes and I think the Pay rise could be better but it’s still an ideal job for me.
