I thought that’s what damaged bags were for, not the thin ones.2yearpostie wrote: ↑06 Feb 2022, 11:44We need to you to authorise a bag or strong container we leave at recipients houses with the parcel in, they leave this bag/strong box outside the front the next day for us to collect and reuse.

Any customers not wanting this (there will be very few) can offer to opt out and we can send all this info to them as a d2d. Literally every other company does this and we should now do the same.2yearpostie wrote: ↑06 Feb 2022, 10:39We do deliver to their home Simon sweetie, let us leave it there weather they are in or not like our competitors .POSTMAN wrote: ↑06 Feb 2022, 10:21Their hr's seem to be cut everywhere but they are not going...yet.
Simon did say that he wants 100% delivery...

I think we need to have a good think - about how we can get first time delivery to 100% - or put more simply - delivering when customers are in - they paid for a delivery to home, not a collection from a CSP
Simon sweetie

Customers already have them. They’re called recycling boxes

Remember though, our "customers" aren't the recipient, but the companies sending the item.toonshola wrote: ↑06 Feb 2022, 11:41Absolutely 100% this, leave it somewhere hidden and safe from the weather and take a picture as proof. And should we be lowering our standards to the likes of Herpes which leaves stuff on doorsteps, or under flowerpots at the right number but at the wrong street?
