If Royal Mail offered 7% backdated and small lump sum, with a slightly watered down change to T&C, I’d be surprised if it wasn’t voted for.
This board, unfortunately, is not a great cross section of the workforce.

We've come to far and We've all earned the right to a better deal for our work in recent times.
I don't think that's acceptable and neither should you and everyone else.
We need to be aiming much higher.

I reckon it will be something like 10% but over 2 years.The changes will come in some form like Sundays and later starts but the union might get a watered down deal on the seasonal longs and shorts and the banked hours.Wether we accept that is down to the vote.
