I’m a bit confused as I thought they were getting rid of sick pay but turns out it’s just the attendance procedure they’re changing. I’m not sure if I’m understanding that correctly though? Can somebody fill me in

It is both.
They want to change the triggers for attendance reviews and they want to pay SSP for a second absence.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

There are certain aspects of the letter received by members today that appears to suggest a change of position.

One being the statement that the sick pay policy will remain the same and the other that the current IHR terms will remain unchanged.

The language is however, vague enough to be open to interpretation.
