I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Total waste of time. Most COMs don’t give a s**t. Many have just had a massive pay rise to 40k.
Even those that have some sympathy aren’t going to risk their jobs and promotion chances.
What is this hoping to achieve?

40k wouldn't be a raise. Lowest paid managers are on 38k. COMs on considerably more.

The line managers that got made up to COMs definitely had a pay rise.
