We are a small office but more than 50% of the office are filling in the form online or by post for
Burslem delivery staff. :Applause :Applause
Can I get a seat at the front when AL asks Burslem staff to come on up and collect their award :Very Happy

On the form we have to fill in "Nominated person's line manager".
We need to know this - otherwise these nominations might be deemed not valid.
