According to Ward he has been insider trading, having secret talks about breaking up the company and derecognising the CWU.
How much more constructive do you want him to be? There are only so many hours in the day.

Insider trading would usually involve buying shares just before you are going to announce good news driving the share price up (then usually quickly selling to crystallise a profit) or, alternatively selling just before announcing bad news which will drive the share price down, sometimes then rebuying.

If Dave Ward really believes that Simon has been doing this then he'd better have some really good evidence to back that up or else we need someone who actually knows what he is doing running our union.

It's possible he could be shorting the company. Unfortunately goes on quite a bit!

I wonder if he was an only child or bullied at school? He appears to have an issue making friends, out of over 115,000 staff, not many actually like him and that's quite sad. We need to strike during christmas pressure for a full week with a work to rule ballot result in place for the days following strike days so its carnage.
