Yes, a day off in lieu is what posties will get aiden. You won't get the overtime payment.

A day off in lieu is what Postie's will get Aiden. Are you saying that we will get payment for it even though we don't work it?
I only re-read the bits that are relevant to me

Therefore the options are per as a 'normal' bank holiday, in the order of - alternative day off the same week, then YOUR optionOn the approach to Rest Days, the company has retracted their previous position that the allocation of Overtime to hours worked above the conditioned hours for the week was not available and that all members would either be allocated an alternative day off in the week or assigned a lieu day. The revised wording now references the normal options within the Policy Document, which would include the overtime option.
of OT or lieu day in credit, hopefully this puts an end to the 'confusion'!
